N. Charles Hedemark recently retired from Intermountain Gas Company where he was
Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He spent some 40 years at
Intermountain Gas in a number of management positions.

A Boise native, he is a graduate of Albertson College of Idaho and the Executive
Program at Stanford University.

Chuck is a past president of the Northwest Gas Association in Portland, Ore.; was
appointed by Governor Batt to serve as an Idaho Delegate on a year long study called the
Comprehensive Review of the Northwest Energy System; serves on the board of directors
of Home Federal Bank (headquartered in Nampa); current board member and past
Chairman of Blue Cross of Idaho; past board member and past chairman of the Boise
Metro Chamber of Commerce; past chairman of the United Way of Ada County; and past
president of the Boise School Foundation.
