Randolph J. Hill
Randy Hill is the Senior Vice President of Legal for Washington Division of URS Corporation
(formerly Washington Group International). In this role, he has overall responsibility for the
legal affairs of the company and also serves in its Executive Office. Previously, he was
Washington Group’s Vice President of Project Development and, among other duties, was
responsible for the company’s major transactions, including its recent merger with URS.
Randy has more than 27 years of experience in diverse aspects of business affairs, including
several years as general counsel and then president and CEO of an independent power company
engaged in the acquisition, development, financing, construction and operation of power plants
and energy marketing. Previously, he was a corporate lawyer for about a decade at Cravath,
Swaine & Moore, a leading Wall Street law firm, and then for a few years at Hawley Troxell
Ennis & Hawley in Boise. He earned a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University
and a law degree from Georgetown University.
